2. Placing an Order
Orders can be placed via the website or through direct enquiry. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation message or email. For custom orders, a deposit may be required before baking begins — this will be clearly communicated.
Please note: All products are handmade to order. Designs, flavours, and availability may vary slightly.
3. Payment
Payment is required in full for Boxes, custom orders to contact directly. Accepted payment methods include:
Online payment link, Bank Transfer, PayPa and Cash,
Prices are in GBP and may be updated at any time. You’ll always be quoted the correct amount before confirming your
order.
4. Collection, Delivery & Shipping

Local collection from Arnside, Cumbria is available by arrangement.

Local delivery may be available within Lake District— please enquire.

Postal orders (e.g., Mystery Boxes) are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Hey There Sugar cannot be held responsible for delays once items have been posted, but I’ll always do my best to help if there’s a hiccup!
5. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
I offer bakes that can be made gluten-free or dairy-free. However, please note that all products are made in a kitchen where nuts, gluten, and other allergens are present. I do my absolute best to avoid cross-contamination, but I cannot guarantee that items are 100% allergen-free.
If you have specific allergy concerns, please get in touch before ordering.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel, please give as much notice as possible. Refunds may not be available for custom orders or orders cancelled at short notice, especially if ingredients have already been purchased or baking has begun.
If there’s ever an issue with your order, please get in touch — I want everyone to be 100% happy with their sweet treats!
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, logos, and product names — belongs to Hey There Sugar. Please don’t reuse or reproduce without permission (I worked hard on those bakes and photos!).
8. Changes to These Terms
Hey There Sugar may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be published here.
